This Portfolio is managed Mrs. Yolandi Venter, Key ABP Responsibility: Strategy by with the support of the Deputy Chairperson Mr. Stanley Grau, Key ABP Responsibility: Stakeholder Relation, STC & JTC and all Board Members and its primary function is

• Drive overall Strategy of ABP with a combination of all Portfolio aspects
• Work together with Deputy Chair, both on Stakeholder Relation
• Dividing Stakeholders into customized categories (regulatory, government, public, SoEs, private)
• Developing and maintaining sound and progressive relationships with all Stakeholders
