Training’s primary function is engaging with the dtic, Wits and UNISA regarding the B-BBEE MDP also engages with SAQA and the Services SETA, Sector Charter Councils and other training for Members.

The primary of role of the Skills Development Technical Committee is to fast track the development of Verification Qualifications, specifically for the Verification Manager, Senior Analyst and Junior Analysts. This will be done by mobilizing Industry Experts and resources to develop an industry standard that will be used to quality manage to level of competence within the Verification Industry. The SD Committee also takes responsibility for work-shopping key and critical areas for and with Members and over layering the up-skilling process with a fully functional CPD programme again with the intent of standardizing quality delivery and professionalism.
